Here’s a quick and easy way to serve a Padres-themed dessert at your next Friars party or tailgate. Start with a bakery cake of your choice, then simply top with an Edible Image Padres logo, available in some stores and online on Amazon.com.
We’ve used a smaller cake for this post, but the image is a full 4 inches across and would look great even on a half or full sheet cake.
The process is similar to those temporary tattoos we all used as kids. Trim the logo to size, peel from the backing, and gently place on top of your cake. Lightly smooth the edges and you’re done!
It seems so simple, but it really did turn this basic, boring $5 cake into a great looking little Padres dessert in under a minute!
