Super simple and delicious blueberry breakfast parfaits, made two ways. One for the adults, one for the kids! And in the Padres team colors, too!
A healthy, delicious breakfast or anytime-snack in under 2 minutes. A perfect go-to when you’re pressed for time but still want to serve something tasty and healthy.
Grown-up version: Half-cup fresh blueberries, rinsed. Half-cup low-sugar granola, one cup light (or plain) vanilla yogurt. Add as layers to your favorite Padres cup or mug, serve immediately.
For the kiddos: Half-cup fresh blueberries, rinsed. Half-cup finely crushed whole-grain cereal or honey graham crackers, 1 cup regular or light vanilla yogurt. Add as layers to your favorite Padres cup or mug, serve immediately. If your blueberries are out of season, try adding a squeeze of honey to add a touch of sweetness.
